Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux VPS Package is not the easiest job in the world. You will either need to use a different server or your home computer, or depend on some third–party solution. We offer a much easier option with our Administration Services offer. We will make a complete backup of your VPS every single week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any important information. Plus, we can recover a backup copy really fast. All the backups are kept on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your Virtual Private Server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure special software apps on it. And if this may sound like something way too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Administration Services package, is the most suitable thing for your needs. With it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our trained server administrators who will install and set–up any software or rectify any problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages. With our KVM Linux VPS Packages, it’s an additional feature.
